European Tour and World Champs

March is the time of the season when the halfpipe events bring us back to Europe. This season is no different and the last month I have been travelling around between Laax CH, Tignes France and finally Sierra Nevada in Spain for the World Championships. Spain marked the end of the competition season, and luckily for me my best result of the season, finishing 18th and putting a run I was really happy with. Check it out..

18th in World Champs

The World Cup in Tignes the week before hadn't been such a smooth ride, with very heavy snow meaning practice was cancelled. However they did manage to run the comp in a small window of weather. I landed my runs but they were scrappy and not what I know I'm capable of. Luckily it was to come together in Spain for me! The heavy snow did mean we got the best day of pow skiing I have ever had though, Nipple deep...

Laax between comps served as a top base. I managed to get some filming done and also entered the Swiss Open just before heading to Spain for a bit of practice. I qualified for finals and finished 7th in that one, which I was pretty happy with. Currently on a quick stop back in the UK but heading back to Laax for end of season. Cheers for reading.
